Claude is the founder and managing consultant of CLZ Consulting. For many years now, he has dedicated his career to helping small businesses with strategies on how to maximize their profits and minimize their tax liabilities. He believes in anticipating his clients’ tax needs and positioning them with the best strategies to help them achieve their business objectives. This has translated to hundreds of small businesses growing their bottom line thanks to his advise. He is always willing to help businesses and individuals with unique financial solutions. Previously, Claude has worked as a corporate consultant for numerous fortune 100 clients in banking and insurance, healthcare, legal services and risk management, amongst others. Claude holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, San Antonio and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a proud member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). For fun, he enjoys travel, watching sports, cooking and spending time with his family.
Stacey Nchanji, MBA

Stacey co-founded the firm with her husband, Claude after being involved in multiple roles in the Healthcare industry and corporate America. Through out her professional and personal life, Stacey has always prided herself in process improvements and adding value wherever she is. She does that and more by improving the lives of small business owners they work with.
She holds a master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and enjoys fine dining, travel and spending time with family and friends.
Akohleng Akwo, CPA

Akohleng is a consultant with extensive experience in helping small businesses and individuals thrive in their financial endeavors.
He has several years of experience in accounting, finance, marketing & sales, and taxation. He has several years of experience in the US and Canada and his education and various employment opportunities have enabled Akohleng to build a solid foundation in accounting and tax matters and helped him develop a profound knowledge in these subject matters. Over the last two decades, he has built an extensive network of seasoned professionals in various fields of expertise for consultation in complex issues or new and emerging topics in a constantly evolving business environment, to provide clients with a high level of confidence that their issues would be properly addressed.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, CPA, licensed in New Mexico, USA and Chartered Professional Accountant, licensed in Ontario, Canada.
